The Lebanese Al-Akhbar daily newspaper:

ISRAEL has informed Egyptian officials that it intends to enter Rafah and carry out "quality operations" and limited in number before the planned "major" entry, in order to free hostages.

According to the report, Israel informed the Egyptians that as part of the operations there would be movement with heavy weapons in the border area with Egypt but not adjacent to the Philadelphia axis, it was also written that the Egyptians spoke with the Americans following the update and the Americans clarified that there is American approval for an Israeli plan to release abductees who are suspected to be among the civilian population in Rafah .

The Saudi newspaper Al-Sharq Al-Awsat reports this morning:

Hamas Chief of Staff Marwan Issa was indeed at the target attacked by Israel a week ago in Nusirat, and was injured in the attack - but his final fate is unclear.

The IDF reported that the Nahal Brigade eliminated approximately 18 Hamas terrorists in the central Gaza Strip within the 24 hours.

These individuals were targeted using sniper fire, tank shelling, and airstrikes.

Additionally, in Khan Younis, troops from the Givati Brigade identified two Hamas members loading military equipment onto a motorbike and called for an airstrike.

Two more Hxmas members were killed in an airstrike while approaching the troops.

Furthermore, the 7th Armored Brigade in Khan Younis eliminated several Hamas operatives and confiscated weapons.

Prime Minister Netanyahu : We will not give in to international pressure, we will enter Rafah in a few weeks, we will fight until complete victory

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu strongly rejects the increasing pressure from the US and the international community.

The Prime Minister now said at the beginning of the weekly cabinet meeting: "And to our friends in the international community I say: Your memory is so short? Did you forget so quickly October 7, the most terrible massacre committed against Jews since the Holocaust? So quickly are you ready to deprive Israel of The right to defend itself against the monsters of Hamas? Did you lose your moral conscience so quickly?..."

Netanyahu pledged that the IDF would enter Rafah and eliminate the rest of the Hamas battalions. According to him, it would take several weeks (until the entry).

The Prime Minister completely ruled out the possibility of stopping the war in Gaza and mentioned that there were voices that claimed that the fighting would not resume after the previous ceasefire.
