Please house does any one knows katawa properties or has anyone purchased a property from them and built, is anyone aware of any of their estate that is currently habited? One of their marketers is wooing me to buy a plot in an estate in Ibadan and I really don't want to fall into wrong hands. Please Advise

I bought property at one of their Estate Ibadan, Paid 6 years ago, till now, no, land no refund. My advise, ensure there is refund clause in the agreement.
