Tinubu cannot get more votes than Obi in northcentral
Atiku cannot get more votes than Obi in southsouth.

Imagine Tinubu already winning nine states before the election. Yorubas and Kanuri dominanted states.

Don't forget to add Kogi and Kwara, that is 11 states in the bag already.
