Many Nigerians are always hipocritical about the real personality of chief Olusegun Awolowo. Whenever he sneezes the whole country catches the cold yet they will pretend as if Chief Olusegun Obasanjo is politically irrelevant.

The current uniterrupted democracy could be credited to Chief Olusegun Obasanjo his many other shortcomings notwithstanding. Politicians were all running after him for endorsement and the moment he endorsed the best among them. He (Obasanjo) turned to an ordinary and irrelevant person all because he refused to endorse them. Of a truth Obasanjo had his flaws but they are all enjoying what he did as a military head of state and as a civilian president.

After endorsing Peter Obi other elder statesmen have follow suit the likes of Clark and IBB. So what are we now saying. They are only scared of the result the endorsements will bring and they never see anything, they will soon see "shege"

For this reason and others Nigerians accros every divides will always be jittery about every action or inactions of the elderstatemans as long as he lives.
