When people talk of how many times they eat in a day, what do they mean?

Is it haevy food or what?, Or food that can completely quench hunger and at least sustain them for four hours?

Some people doesn't count taking tea as eating, while I can take tea and consider it as eating as it take me for at least 5 hours to fell hungry after taking tea (with a reasonable size of bread).

But if you talk of eating foods that sustain you for at least four hours, I eat thrice a day.

If you continue with the bolded like this then start gathering Money for ulcer treatments/drugs . my aunt from my father's side do this too until she was diagnosed of ulcer. She sells cloths at gbagi. I don't know why people do that but I advise you to stop. Eat when its time to eat not until you get really really hungry ...

I don't even make 3-times/day meal an habit from a very long time. I take 1-0-1 daily if I want to enjoy my stomach, so it has become norms. I feel too heavy and easily have a running stomach anytime I complete the 3 meal.
So, I need not worry for the hike in food prices

But hunger no good o. Hunger fit make one run mad and dumb.

For those who have to eat 2 - 3 times or more thank God

As cost of food items have now significantly increased over the recent time, even , what pain me pass is that price of garri paint rubber now is almost #700 in some areas, same garri that is 100% locally made o.


let us share how do we control our eating habbit in the face of this effect.

As for me, I eat 2 times in a day, morning and evening . mostly, I drink garri as a support .

But mostly three times

Intermittent fasting is the way to a good health.
Go on a low carb diet and have eating window of 6hours in 24 hours and have optimum health.

Those updated know nothing of breakfast,lunch and dinner.

There’s this pharmacy I buy medication from for a friend that was shot by soldiers accidentally, one of my rich niggas escorted me to the shop one day , while in the shop , he saw a well packaged vitamin C , he asked for it and bought it , imagine licking one full packet of vitamin C, I said to him “ guy Shey this thing dey cause hunger ?” ... he said to me “ if hungry catch you , chop food na “.... I wanted to tell him if money no Dey nko ?... then it dawned on me ..” look who am asking “, ...
So since then I eat whenever am hungry I no Dey count ....God Dey bless boys sha

I eat when I'm hungry, 3 to 4 times daily

I eat just 1 or 2 square meals in a day and sometimes I take snacks or fruits in between. Though my doctor has advised I eat 6 times in a day and was referred to a dietitian who gave me the meal plan. I was advised to take more fruits, vegetables, proteins and less carbs. My meal portions should be very low and eat it intermittently daily.

My glutton self eats uncontrollably because of my chronic ulcer status. Light breakfast (tea with biscuits or small bread) heavy lunch ( eba or pounded yam) and a moderate dinner (Couscous, noodles or spaghetti) . This is spiced with eating snacks especially groundnuts, custard and fried bean cakes(akara).

Garris is locally made. Don't forget land renting, chemicals, fertilizer, labor have all gone up.

Things are hard, nothing in my account, I hustle like 3hours every day, but some how miraculously I feed 3times a day plus jara like snacks, grounddnut or anything that tickles my long Throat.
It can only be Jesus.

Children should eat at least 3 times a day for growth. Balance the diet.

If you’re an adult try to eat one good and heavy meal a day and just fruits and vegetable as other meals and lots of water to stay healthy

Will help you avoid diabetes, blood pressure and heart diseases
