Another african from Gambia caught in UK talking to a 14years old girl and soliciting sex from her shocked

Unknown to him, he was talking with police. It is illegal to solicit sex from an underage in the UK and police officers routinely go on sting operations to catch would be offenders.

Arrests are becoming more rampant especially amongst africans who flocked to the UK recently and are unaware of this law.

Well as they say, ignorance of the law is not an excuse.

A good defence lawyer can build an entrapment argument. These suspects may have been railroaded into this.
