Nurses In The USA, I Have A Question by Gratefulme: 4:51pm On Jan 09, 2023
Greetings,

Please I need opinions on this. Working in a Hospital vs Skilled nursing and rehabilitation care centre in the States.

Which is less toxic and demanding?
Pros and cons of both if possible?

Thanks very much

They are both demanding. However, hospitals are more organized as expected. I prefer nursing home because of more work hours and less rigid. I work for a staffing Agency. I work double shifts(16hrs) everyday except Thursdays. 3pm to 7 am. Whenever I get tired, I cancel for that day. My Agency pays me $50 per hour LPN nurse in Massachusetts.
