People know them, but choose to fear, instead of exposing them to the army, or ganging up against anyone of them caught napping. The greedy useless state governors must stop stealing money and buy good weapons for their vigilante units, as well as employ more men into vigilante service. Drones too should be bought by state governors, they are given billions monthly by FG.
