Job Title: 13th Month Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities and Duties
• Ensure achievement of 13th Persistency targets.
• Ensure retention of customers and improve surrender retention.
• Training and sensitizing agency on 13th month.
• Monitoring 13th at all levels throughout agency.
• Planning, strategizing and implementation of various action plans for improving persistency, renewal collection and retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve renewal collections through innovative means - through alternate models of collection & data enrichment analysis and data mining for strategy formulation and other related information
• Retain maximum policies by convincing the customers.
• Skill and Personality Development of team Quantitative.
• Manage overall cost for the renewal collection activity, Improve collections through Vendors & Internal Sales team.
• Achieve 13th month Persistency Targets and Overall Collection targets

Qualifications, Competences & Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of agency functioning
• Must have training background - Exposure to Insurance clients is preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of Experience
