post=119980706: Ikoyi na indigeneous Yoruba land. Abi Ikoyi na British name? Anyhow you cut it, Yoruba is still reason Anambra people call Lagos sweet home. Anyone that lived in Ikoyi, including your British lords, were tenants of Onikoyi and paid rent on the land. Amodu Tijani vs Secretary of Southern Provinces, 1942 decided land ownership in Lagos. Go and read it. And for your information, Lagos Stock Exchange was founded by Yoruba partners, and Ojukwu has never been its member, much more to be a director. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

post=119983123: Freak! Ikoyi had always been an island. In the 18th century when orisa Adimu was brought to Lagos from hinterland, it was housed across the water in Ikoyi and they would take boat across to perform rites for it. This was over hundred years before British knew where Ikoyi was. The indigenes have been crossing water to go to it. Mcgregor crosses Iru at Onikan, not Ikoyi. Take note! Dont remap Lagos for us. 1 Like 1 Share |

post=119983197: There was nothing called Nigerian Stock Exchange in Ojukwu lifetime. Stop retelling tales by moonlight that was burned into your brain before you departed village. Ojukwu died before civil war. Nigerian Stock Exchange started after civil war. Forget the lies they taught you in village, I will school you on history. |
