Is it possible to be spiritual and not religious?

Religion means "a pursuit or interest followed with great devotion."

Spirituality has to do with awareness and control of the spirit.

So a person can be spiritually aware but he exercises it occasionally as different from a person who dovotes himself to it

Religion is for people who are scared of hell fire.
Spirituality is for people that has already been there..

So you can be religious while you're not committed through any covenant (none spiritual) but you can never ever be spiritual if you don't worship a SPIRIT!

What is religion?

Does spirituality mean following yourself?

People think it makes them sound sophisticated when they say that they are not religious but spiritual. Most don't even know what they are saying.

John 1: 12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of YHVH — 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of YHVH.)

The awesomeness of the Anointing of YHVH Almighty - of Yahushua the Messiah - the Creator of heaven and earth, is that it remains in and on his chosen vessel regardless of how people feel about such vessel. The Father in heaven, our Daddy in the sky, the Creator of the heavens, the earth, the seas and everything in them, does not make mistakes. He did not consult anyone, not even the parents of any of his vessels, before making his choice. This brings John 1:13 to mind. It means, therefore, that the feelings and opinions of the parents, brothers, sisters, relatives, friends or enemies of such vessel of YHVH Almighty neither bother the Creator nor have any effect on his Anointing on his vessel.

The love, hatred or rejection by or from people has no single solitary bearing on the Anointing of YHVH Almighty on his chosen vessel. It doesn't matter whether people like how his chosen vessels look or where they come.

The collective feelings of people will never have any single effect on YHVH's Anointing on any of his chosen vessels. Even if some people join their souls together from where any of the chosen vessels of YHVH Almighty lives to anywhere on the surface of the earth and decide to project hatred from their collective souls towards such vessel, they will just be wasting their time and energy.

Saints, servants and messengers of Yahushua the Messiah - YHVH Almighty - let's us continue to honour our Father in heaven - our Daddy in the sky - with our purity, holiness, sincerity, righteousness and truthfulness and at the same time infuriate and frustrate Satan and his hordes of darkness.

(Romans 8: 28 And we know that in all things YHVH works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. 29 For those YHVH foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. 30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.)

Saints, servants and messengers of YHVH Almighty, let's us continue to shine. Let us continue to be the Light that we have been made by our Master and Saviour, Yahushua the Messiah, to be.

What is the difference between the two - religion and spirituality?

Religion is gathering together and forming a devotional session with others but Spirituality involves having a personal relationship with someone in the spirit realms!

So a religious person always exhibit the same trait along with people who are members of a religion while a spiritual person is also a member but always striving to have a personal relationship with the spirit they're all worshiping as a group.

Deut 5: 18 “You shall not commit adultery.


It was not man who set that standard in marriage. It was not man who condemned adultery. The Creator himself condemned adultery. Anyone - married or single - who condemns or preaches against adultery is only echoing what the Creator has explicitly condemned.

Any married man or married woman who engages in any form of sexual relationship with anyone other than his wife or her husband does not know what marriage is and has no regard for it.

So, do not allow any hater of truth emotionally blackmail you by such silly comment as "how can an unmarried person set a standard for married people". The eternal truth of YHVH Almighty respects no one. Whenever you are speaking it, speak it boldly.

Adultery is a sinful act in the sight of YHVH Almighty, our Father in heaven. Abstain from it.

There is no ambiguity in the Scripture quoted above.
