I really just want to hear peoples opinions regarding a possible outcome of the forthcoming election.

1. If Peter Obi eventually wins the election, what are the chances he would be sworn in? Reflect on that question before answering

2. If he is eventually sworn in. Judging by the fact that LP would hold only the presidency and the Senates and House of Representatives are made up of people majorly in APC or PDP, what would be the state of the country? The president alone cannot make decisions, what are the chances these people won't frustrate PO and his plans for the country? Thus leaving the country in a state of regression?

When we get to the bridge, we'll know how to cross it.

The first thing is winning the elections.

When PO wins , Nigerians have won

When not if, PO is sworn in as President, many expect several Senators and Governors to decamp, I would have said they wouldn’t decamp but seeing that several lawmakers are still enjoying their mandate despite leaving the party that sponsored their election means labor party will become Majority in NA and several Govs will join them within first 6 months

Their presence mean nothing. If senate has power as we assume, Buhari wouldn't have destroyed our economy with borrowing.

So you’re saying that the people you consider as corrupt will decamp to lp right to give lp structure you all don’t need ?

Politics is truly animal farm like when corrupt pdp members decamped to apc and became saint

If PDP or APC hold majority at the national assembly then Obi will not win. There will be 3 elections on thesame day.....considering the level of voter education in Nigeria. Majority will vote thesame party for national assembly and presidency and national assembly candidates will inform their voters to do just that....only those ready to loose will campaign otherwise

February 25th, people will vote Labour Party top to bottom

This question has been answered severally.

First of all, if Obi wins, that means several millions of Nigerians would have voted for him and that would also translate to many new legislative seats for LP especially in his strongest areas of performance. We could we'll see LP sweep majority of the SE legislative seats. Enough to form its own cacaus in the national assembly. Labor has various candidates running across the nation too.

Now secondly, if you go to the south right now, you will see candidates of other parties proudly hosting obi's picture side by side with theirs. They are already trying to cash in on his popularity. You go to imo state, you see apc candidates using obi's image in their signboards. The same thing with PDP people in Anambra, same in rivers, Calabar and so.

Legislative candidates of other parties are proudly using obi's picture to sell themselves, now if these people win their seats and Obi also wins, doesn't that tell you who they are going to work with already??

Considering your answer to number 2. He's the CnC. Budget and all goes through him.

the Atiku led PDP will likely collapse if Peter Obi wins, and create a path for the aggrieved members to come back. it's very likely LP will go into a power sharing agreement with the PDP to protect the interests of the presidency

Stop expecting PDAPC people to decamp. Vote LP for both presidency and NaSS.

So you want LP to go into power sharing with PDP when there are LP candidates for NASS elections? Nawa!
