When I landed @ Emene last Nov, the now more beautiful serene environment of Akanu Ibiam Airport was a pointer Enugu has undergo some developmental changes.

Driving through to Abakpa Junction unto Otigba down to Agbani Road, I was like whao! Indepence Layout especially those areas surrounding the new state HOA are breathtaking. However the developmental of former governor Surllivan Chime is yet to be equalled by any subsequent.
