Next time, do not visit the Owerri in the west side, visit the Owerri in SE..

Owerri in SE is more safe and there are no thugs or extortions..

This your story might be true or not but...

Why would some people not law enforcement or uniform people stop you, not even on a lonely road but a busy market and you stopped to entertain stupid questions??

Even in onitsha here that has claim to be very rugged, I have not encountered such...I won't even look you twice talk more of stopping to answer some ridiculous questions from some low lifes.

You're experiencing what future Biafra would look like. You'd better pray against Biafra or else itd been worse than somalia, yemen, libya where armed gang men reigned supreme. These Igbos scumbags wil soon retort to raping peole's wife in d presence of their husband.

Story could be true. There is little law enforcement in the south east so anyone can do as they like i.e cultists, touts, UGM.
