This is a detailed post regarding a Call to Apply: African Union Commission (AUC)-EU Skills Initiative for Africa Funding Window III. However, the Skills Initiative for Africa Financing Cooperation is responsible for implementing the third SIFA Funding Window. This is a pan-African initiative that the African Union Commission (AUC) established in 2016. Moreover, the German government and the European Union (EU) both co-fund it. Additionally, they are supported by the respective national governments in her eight SIFA partner countries. These partner countries are  Cameroon, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Togo, and Tunisia.
