You are right Waziri, but it was bound to happen going by enormous corruption you perpetrated as VP according to Micheal Achmugu. You are very much responsible or at least one of the major reasons for what Nigerians are going through now. I hope your intention to become the next president is to atone for your complicity by fixing what is wrong with the country now. And if that's true, wish you success in the coming election

cool

Why are you guys so wicked? Isn't 8 years of suffering enough? Why do you want a man that is not physically strong to rule over a country that is currently in a critical condition, is that not insanity? Forget his past achievements, his physical health is the most important factor when it comes to ruling a nation especially with a country that is populous like ours. Abeg you in the name of God please vote wisely and put tribal sentiments aside.

But you were part of those that campaigned and brought the present government..

Agreed, this is one of the people that fought Jonathan, and we joined them to bring this disaster. Without feeling ashamed, he now tells us that we are poorer now than we were in 2015. When all these were happing he went to Dubai with his family, leaving poor people face all the ills of this government. Now because he wants to come to power, his eyes now open to the suffering of the masses. You and the government you brought in will be rejected at poll, because of your insensitivity to our plight. Petroleum over 300 from 85 naira, Dollar 750 from 190 naira you met it, bag of rice 40,000 from 7,500 naira you met it, the list is endless, above all insecurity had spread to all section of Nigeria from only North East before. Even the only shortest road that leads to south from North, Bunigwari road in Kaduna state, no one is able to ply the road for the past seven years. With all these you still want us to trust you with our vote again, God forbid. President Buhari have used Fulani turn, let other tribe come in for equity sake.

Re: Atiku Abubakar: More Nigerians Poorer, Miserable Than They Were In 2015 by ceaser: 4:05pm On Jan 16, 2023
I totally agree with Atiku. But I disagree that he is the messiah.

His is just a rhetoric expected of any politicians who are opportunists with the habit of using the misfortune of the populace to ride onto power but not particularly sincere or concerned about mitigating such problems.

At best, Atiku if elected, will add to the burden of Nigerians. For his precedence speaks volume of the manner of leadership he will bestow upon the nation, not to speak of his lineage (Fulani) which has at all stages of history of the nation and the world at large, been associated with chaos, misdemeanour, nepotism and criminality never before seen in other climes.

But Atiku Abubakar co-formed APC.
If Atiku is a man with foresight, he would not have joined self-centred Bola Tinubu in APC.
So why would Atiku point accusing fingers to the problem he helped to create?

APC is not returning to power. It's choice of an old and sick Tinubu who forfeited drug trafficking money to the US government, and Hashim Shettima the Boko Haram sympathizer, took the rug off APC's feet.
Whereas the G5 took the rug off Atiku's inordinate presidential ambition this time.

Why won't they be poorer and miserable when you have stolen their future even before Buhari and his cabals came to power? You stole this country dry through SPVs (special purpose vehicles).
You deserve to be investigated and we are waiting and watching if really corruption must be fought.

SmartPolician:
I suppose one of the requirements for being a politician in Nigeria is lack of shame. If not, Atiku should be ashamed to say that the government he helped bring into power made Nigerians poorer.

Now, he wants power to remain in the north, as if other tribes and regions don't matter, after his incompetent brother has distributed unprecedented levels of multidimensional penury across the country.
the same Atiku brought Peter Obi to the limelight.
Atiku is a good manager he produced people.
Without Atiku nobody will know Peter Obi.
