Bro it's a scam. Same thing happened to me. A friend(facebook friend) called me with same story, that the company when works with is recruiting, in same Ogun state. A foreign company, that will send me to Dubai after 6months of working and I will be given accomodation and paid in dollars monthly. But I have to have #500k in my account, which the company will use to process my documents when they want to send me to Dubai. I've over the last few years worked with various multinationals and I have never experienced these companies asking for payment from any potential employee for training or traveling purpose. Rather the reverse is the case. The standard practice is for the coys to absorb these costs. |

Lol, so this my guy chijioke called me on a Sunday morning that he wants to come to my house to pass time b4 he goes home and I agreed,so when he came he told me about a job offer in Lagos with a company that deals in many stuffs like hospital equipment and what have you,he even said that he is undergoing training there and will soon be employed when he is done with the training. He also said that he had to travel to East three times so as to get enough money to pay the company for the employment and I was like lol
Connected me with the manager and the manager said that I'll have to pay the sum of 560k for me to be able to get the job and that they will also help me prepare an international visa, what made me suspicious was he always makes use of a phrase "financial freedom" which chijioke has also said on different occasions during our discussion plus asking me to pay money lol.
I was even worried that my guy has entered into the hands of GNLD people and another thing is that he doesn't answer his calls during daytime except night.
I got to know that he told many people about the same job offer but used different story for each person, he told one guy that he will be paid 85k per month but told me that I'll be paid 200k per week. A friend did this to me around October last year. His facebook name is RAYMOND AKPAN. The actual amount is 550k not 500. Maybe , they subsidized it for u The company is called QNET. They'd lure u with a secret job that has a lucrative salary. In my own case, he said his uncle is one of their top agents and he (my friend) is already working their. That he's undergoing 3months training. That I should Keep 550k being money for accommodation, visa and a yearly trip to Malaysia. He later called me that I've selected for an Interview. I spent all night researching about interview questions and preparing on d answers. I paid a drycleaner to specially iron my suit. My friend even asked me to send him my ID card, NIN , CV and passport via whatsapp (which I did) He asked me to get him fresh bread while coming. He asked me to come 3 days before d interview date then lodge in a hotel. It's a long story sha. Brethren... I traveled from ABIA STATE to LAGOS to meet him. Spent over 30k only for his colleagues to tell me that am an unserious human being. They wanted me to pay d 550k and join them. After which I'd go and start looking for 2 people that'll register under me else I won't be paid a kobo Like I said, its a long story. I told my friend that I spent over 30k on that journey and even showed him my bus ticket as proof. I begged him to refund at least 5k out of that 30k I wasted but he refused.
