The applicant must be able to cook the different local delicacies such as but not limited to the various local soups like fisherman, seafood okro, afang, native, etc. Also isiewu, nkwobi, peppered meat, various pepper soups as well as some continental dishes.

*Must be able to prepare mouth watering dishes
*Be enthusiastic, tidy, hard working and creative
*Able to cook well under pressure, punctual and trustworthy
*Constantly churn out deliciously tasty meals on time and budget
*Ensure that production taste is consistent and timely
*Handle and store ingredients and food efficiently
*Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
*Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
*Able to communicate in english (read & write)

N30,000 - N50,000 depending on experience.
