Can they beat Etisalat 1 million dollar promo or GLO that gave hundreds of exotic cars "BMW, Toyota,etc" in a particular promo.

I am not expecting anything special from them i believe this is one of their scheme to raise money from their subscriber as done in the past. They better wake up and stop beating around the bush and reduce their tarriffs for good. Maybe they finally realize they are loosing money to Zain /Etisalat who has better tariffs.
They better stick to their december rice/groundnut oil promo which nobody wins(I neva see any body wey win anything frm them).
