But Ants are social insects. They are highly organised and ruled by a Queen. Each ant has a specific job to do. Most Ants are female workers. Some worker ants that defend the colony are called Soldier Ants

The advice would have been superb as "Warning against Folly" though.... but Ants got a leader/ruler/Commander/Overseer and workers/Officer!

When God speaks you need to meditate thoroughly before concluding on what to say.

God said Ants don't have any of that but you weren't careful to process the info before jumping to conclusions.

Rulers speak/address their people.
So God is indirectly telling you that those creatures act on instinct and they are well Organized but humans who can talk and reason among ourselves have failed woefully to organize ourselves for the benefit of all like little creatures as tiny as ants that do work out great benefits among themselves without anyone telling them what to do!
