That simply shows their level of backwardness and bigotry
I should think that was done because of sound reasoning but nay the level of development of Anambra as a state confirm my assertion. That's one of the state with the highest numbers of Nigerians in prison for drug related crimes.
Tinubu does not need them just as Buhari never needed them
