CBN recently listed 16 registered PMIs ( Primary Mortgage Institutions) as missing. PMIs main work to the best of my knowledge, apart from giving housing loan is helping their clients access the National Building Fund from the Federal Mortgage bank of Nigeria. They operate as banks where their clients save for different reasons.

They are always advertising their services and looking for more clients they can give loans to. My question is, do you trust them? Do anyone here have any experience with them?
