RECRUITMENT NOTICE Company Overview: El-bukelz Nigeria Limited is an indigenous Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Facility Management company operating in Nigeria. It was incorporated as a limited liability Company by Engineers and scientist who had worked with series of EPC companies in Nigeria, with a full understanding of the need to set up a 100% Nigerian owned EPC company that will meet up to international standards. We’re always on the lookout for seasoned professionals to contribute their expertise and practical experience to El-bukelz Nigeria Limited. Human Resources Officer Job Description, Requirements, and other Information’s. 1. Administrative Secretary: The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance such as: • Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties. • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents. • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases. • Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public. • Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments. • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements. • Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings. • Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required. • Observing the best business practices and etiquette Qualification: • 2-3years experiences in similar role. • Bachelor’s degree/HND/ND in any Related Courses. • Excellent MS Office knowledge • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines) • Excellent verbal and written communications skills Salary: N80,000 – N100,000 Naira Monthly 2. Human Resources Officer: The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process. • Orientating new employees and training existing employees. • Monitoring employee performance. • Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment. • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees. • Implementing systematic staff development procedures. • Providing counselling on policies and procedures. • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration. • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance. • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format. Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree/HND/ND in any Related Courses. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources. • Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous. • Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator – may be advantageous. • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution. • Knowledge of employment legislation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Protecting the interests of all employees. • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
