INEC rules state that the minimum qualifications for presidency include at least SSCE certificate.

Sowore always uses his SSCE cert , even though he is educated up to masters level, to register for INEC elections as a presidential candidate.

One does not need to use one's higher qualification.

I am just telling you what the INEC rules say, not advocating for SSCE holder or DSc holder to be president.

Since SSCE is the minimum qualification, I can just use my SSCE qualification instead of higher degrees...it does not matter.
