This coming election even the deaf and dumb know that Lagos will be a flash point because of issues that had happened and still happening there. Thugs, touts and the agberos will surely take charge of the streets during elections. Meaning it is wise for our security agencies to be proactive and be on top of their job, hence, they caught them unaware.
It was also on record what those thugs did in 2019. It is not about tribalising the security of Lagos but to put in place necessary strategy to forestall likely breakdown of law and order. The two flashpoints are what the authority is battle ready for.
