 Little more than four weeks before the Feb. 25 general elections, Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for president, voiced his concern over the present fuel shortage afflicting several regions of the nation. In a speech to thousands of APC members on Wednesday in Abeokuta, Ogun, during his presidential campaign, Tinubu claimed that saboteurs were to blame for the shortage.
