With a competent petition the NJC will definitely sanction this particular Judge. He was sentimental and thus derailed from being an interpreter of the law to makers of the law. He was trying to circumvent the new electoral law. As the voters register predetermined the number of eligible voters (estimate) thus the BVAS determined maximum number of eligible votes (actual). And since the matter is about votes cast that has to do with actual, reality and not estimated. Talking about a candidate that lost an election hurriedly applying for in complete report. Only confirms APC allegations. The new electoral law talk about BVAS accreditation before voting. INEC BVAS that is connected directly to the INEC server only synchronise the results uploaded but it doesn't synchronise the number of accredited voters? The lone Judge was sentimental, biased and derailed, he ended up lamenting about his perceived inadequacy of the law he supposed to interpret. 1 Like 1 Share
