Becareful how you give people false hope on this platform. If at the end these people didn't get their 12 months stipend do you know your life could be at risk? Or you believe nobody could trail you to get your location and where you live? You speak with so much confidence like the useless humanitarian minister. People are not happy out there. You shouldn't add to it with false hope please. It is clear enough even to the blind that the program is over, but you keep giving people false hope after over 4 months with no stipend. Try to put yourself in their shoe before dishing out false claim.

Npower has been also riddled with so much illegality from even those in charge. So many people have not been deployed in stream 2 up till now. We dont even know their criteria anymore.
