GOVERNOR ADELEKE DID NOT FORGE ANY CERTIFICATE

1. We seek to clarify a very sinister component of the Kangaroo judgement on Osun Governorship election. *Governor Ademola Adeleke* did not forge any certificate or testimonial.

2. The Issue of forgery has to do with an error on school testimonial which bear Osun instead of Oyo state. Osun State was part of Oyo State when Governor Adeleke completed his high school education in 1981.

3. The issuing school testified before Court of Appeal in 2018, that it was their error, which has nothing to do with Governor Adeleke,

4. The Court of Appeal ruled that there was no forgery and exonerated Governor Adeleke of any forgery.

5. The public should know that Governor Adeleke did not forge this Testimonial or any certificate.

6. This was an attempt to damage the reputation of Governor Adeleke.

7. The Tribunal Chairman should explain how he arrived at his opinion when the Court of Appeal has cleared Governor Adeleke of any forgery.

8. Above is for the information of the media and the general public.

All three judges were in agreement on the certificate issue. They all agreed that there were inconsistencies and enough to void his candidacg

God bless your wisdom for what you said here . The principal of the school have defend that in the Osun State governorship tribunal last year sitting. Infact the tribunal panel accept it that it was an error and the principal in charge have cleared it that it was an error. The tribunal justices have cleared Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke on that. Ademola Adeleke will win on the Apex court on the alleged certificate forgery that never take place .

OSUN GUBER TRIBUNAL, A BROAD DAYLIGHT ROBBERY...

The Osun Leadership Forum under the Chairmanship of Hon Sola Makanjuola has described the Friday judgement of Osun Guber Tribunal as a broad daylight robbery which should be resisted through legal means.

In a release made available to the newsmen on Saturday 28th January, 2023 through its Secretary, Com. Isaiah M. Fayemi, condemned the judgement in its entirety and pledged to support the leadership of the party in reclaiming the mandate willingly given to Gov Ademola Adeleke by the Osun people.

The Osun Leadership Forum is a forum of some concerned leaders in the state that sees into good governance. The Forum said that the people of Osun have spoken through ballots and their wish had been granted. Foisting of a rejected candidate on Osun people through the the judiciary will surely be challenged in the appellate court.

The split judgement of 2 against 1 is nothing but miscarriage of justice and naked injustice on the people of Osun State. That one of the three judges did not align with the judgement of the other two is a pointer to the fact that justice was murdered.

Osun Leadership Forum wishes to therefore appeal to all of us to remain still while the leadership of the party are on top gear to do the needful through the superior courts.

Remember that despite the 'Sakamanje' judgement, Gov Ademola Adeleke remains in office to continue with the discharge of his legitimate duties for the betterment of Osun State

OLF urges the good people of Osun not to be discouraged with the naked injustice orchestrated by the compromised judges and asked the people to intensify their efforts to campaign rigorously and cast their votes for the party's candidates in the forthcoming general elections.

It therefore concluded by appealing to the good people of Osun to remain peaceful, calm and still while justice is being awaited at the appellate court.

E signed:

Why the Osun Election Tribunal Judgement will not pass the test of time at the Appeal Court and Supreme Court ..

BVAS is a device to collect and store primary data. BVAS is like any other customer premises equipment like computer, smartphones etc. it can stand alone and it can be connected to the server. As it is it, 1 BVAS can only take 500 voters info so for polling units where you have over 500 voters say 1,200 voters, 3 BVAS was used. All votes go into one box during voting and they are counted together. but only one BVAS will transmit results to the Server. The server in the immediate sees one BVAS as limited to 500 voters so until you reconfigure and synchronize the server, it sees each BVAS as one polling unit and of course as over voted. So the Oletola presented first print out from the server and his judge took it as over voting. The print out when all the units that have more than 1 BVAS were reconfigured was rejected by this judge, even when all the BVAS (the primary data sources) were presented before the judge.

The BVAS does not remove the legal role of the EC8A forms which were completed and signed by all the party agents. The forms were presented at the court and yet the judge will not consider them as primary data source and supports to the second printout, printed by INEC after synchronization.

Third, there was no role giving to voters register as mandated by the law to establish, if there were actual over voting.

If BAT is waiting for this strategy to win at federal, then he would need to replicate same fraud in at least 24 states. Good luck to Nigeria, from the aftermath effect of osun judgement.

Funny thing is that I read the judgment.

One judge did not agree with the decision on the BVAs but all three of them were in total agreement of the certificate issue.

They didn't say he forged but that his certificates are inconsistent.

Remember the case in Bayelsa? His deputy was said to have forged, the appeal court have come out to say 💭 it wasn't but the judgment removing him stands

This certificate is claimed to have been issued in 1988. As at the time of issuance, was Osun state in existence? That is the question we need to answer. Because what it means is that the issuer is a fortune teller that knew a state will be created from OYO state and the name of the new state will be Osun state.

you are totally wrong please. Bayelsa APC deputy Governor forged certificate is different from the alleged certificate forgery by the Osun State APC . It is different here. Let me enlighten you more .
1. In bayelsa APC case, the deputy Governorship candidate forged his certificate by having different names, funny enough in his case, no one defend the deputy governorship candidate, his names appeared in more than 5 places. His names wasn’t consistent. So that’s why the Appeal court and Supreme Court of justice dismissed his appeal for inconsistent of names in places mentioned in his certificate. This is a certificate forgery.
2. In Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke’s case, his names wasn’t occur in 5 places. Infact his names are consistent and don’t forget that he filed affidavit stating his names in which they are “Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke “. These name are consistent, Infact his surname his consistent and he used it often in all the places of his certificate. You can check his names here on his certificate. He’s consistent using them. Also the Appeal and Supreme Court of justice have cleared him on that stating that he didn’t forged certificate with series of names. Infact a lot of defence was called on it and the Apex court accepts the evidence. Everything is on google if I’m lieing, check google and make your findings about it. APC doesn’t have nothing to prove their points on the certificate issues, the Apex court of justice have cleared on him on that. Infact the Apex court of justice will accept the defendant (Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke counsel plea on the certificate and testimonial in the court of justice). Check his names once again on his testimonial here, you can see that his surname is consistent unlike APC deputy governorship candidate that’s surname aren’t consistent and the man doesn’t even filed any affidavit on it to add names to his name. The Apc deputy governorship candidate have different names in different places which allows him not to win the Supreme Court of justice in 2019.

Testimonial is not certificate...read the judgement...both the majority and the minority judgment agreed that Adeleke presented a fake certificate

Wait till appeal court give you the real shocker on cetificate forgery grin grin grin.....Appeal court will sack your election rigger Illegitimate governor Adeleke...

My prediction

Tribunal - Sacks Adeleke after cancellation of overvoting

Appeal Court - Sacks Adeleke for certificate forgery, agrees with Tribunal on overvoting

Supreme Court - Sacks Adeleke in firm agreement with Tribunal and Appeal Court

The principal of the school have done that in defending the testimonial certificate given to the governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke. The court have cleared him on that stating he never forge the testimonial certificate. The principal cleared it in the court that it was error in date and the governor was the president of old student association them. Maybe I should post some pictures when senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke was the president of Ede Muslim High School in 1990 then.

This certificate you posted raises more questions than answers.

Are you telling us that the school principal at the time knew for sure that a state known as osun state must be carved out of Oyo state?

Secondly, how was it possible that the school made 'mistake' and neither the school nor Adeleke spot the error since he was issued the said certificate?

Thirdly, is Adeleke the only graduating student of his time? If no, do the other students who graduated with him at the same time have same errors in their certificate?
