Banks have been instructed not to pay the old notes by CBN.
Some are still paying with the old notes on a coded basis.
Some have the new notes, but, 'big men' have collected it all.
ATMs are not paying.
They are scared to load their machines with the old notes.
Some Persons have deposited their old notes.
Some banks are paying the maximum of five thousand (5k) in N100, N50, N20, N10 denominations.
Hardship is rooming the streets.
Elections are by the corners.
Vote buying might not survive 100% this time around.
