i've eaten rat(bush meat),goose(taste like chicken without much meat),pig,(bacon/pork),crab,snail,mushroom

Bushmeat could range from wild antelope to squirrels. Rats are definitely NOT part of the menu. They are abhorred by people in many parts of Nigeria.
