I've always known Nigerians would adapt.
The cashless policy is a good policy but with a negative intention and less facilities to execute plus a corrupt system to ensure its transparency.

The Kenya's M-pesa model, is the way to go not POS machine, all that is needed is a basic phone that is even without internet as long as it can receive sms...it good to go.
