it doesn't work like that. That's why it is a business, individual can't take responsibility or liability for the shortcomings of a registered business... If anybody feel any individual in any of the broadcasting House has made derogatory statement about his or her personality, they can sue for libel directly..
It works like that in professional careers. It is lack of professionalism in the sector that gives these corrupt folks the leeway. If you commit professional breach you will answer for it differently from your employer.

Arise TV was just put there to create some form of smokescreen...

Sorry to ask. Apart from fines what other things does NBC do?

They hide by one hidden place like FRSC waiting for offence to be committed with the aim of collecting fine.

Tinubu Viewing Centre ( TVC) deserves the fine. I used to watch the Journalists Hangout before but since I discovered that it's for the promotion of the sick man Bola Tribulation's dead ambition.

Don't blame TVC, they are trying to impress their paymaster, Tinubu but they are undoing themselves and not anyone.
That of ariseTV infraction is unclear and not well stated like that of TVC.

They deserve it.
Imagine making governor udom emannuell response to tinubus attack 'trending news' and then going on to heap insults upon insults on tinubu.

They just turn the station into beer parlor gossip haven
But Governor Udom's response wasn't insulting at all, because the Governor put moderation in his talk and repeatedly says he doesn't want to hear up the polity. So making it trending should be a plus for politicians to be conscious of how they talk and make people subject of their campaign.
AriseTV need to fight that in court, of I may advise.

The Ojy Okpe segment is very predictable...anti APC, anti Tinubu....she is truly an ethnic bigot and that is what happens when you put a model in the role of a journalist. We have TV Stations that are not professional in their conduct. Even Channels TV Seun can be rude cutting people off. You invited them. If you only want to talk, then don't invite anyone.

The officials of the stations and their editor should bear personal responsibility of fine and suspension as well. They can be suspended from the sector and made to face a disciplinary council with power to sentence them like the Investment Tribunal.

Sanctioning just the unprofessional media stations is not working! These unprofessional and corrupt people will move to another media house and cause same problem and keep going around like Typhoid Mary.

No that's not what I mean. What I mean is that they made udoms response a big deal because they are clearly anti tinubu.

They made it look like politicians don't attack each other by making tinubu a scapegoat.
That black elderly man on arise news will say they shud watch their mouth but he will also be the first to use derogatory words against whom the station doesn't like.

Much like CNN against trump

The accusation against the APC is so true.

Each time you tune in, it's either the are talking about Asiwaju or the APC.

If PDP is mentioned, then it's for something bad.
The presenters themselves act as though they are spokesperson of the APC PCC.

All the broadcasting stations will soon be fined for airing insults spewed from the presidential contestant especially one particular contestant at their various rallies across the country.

Maybe this was the rumour Tinubu heard that made him conclude that some Cabals are working against him.
He feels his TVC station is untouchable like it was before. But hearing that it will be touched he began to sing about a cabal in Abuja

Good assessment.

A lot of people are incapable of a balanced opinion outside their interests, tribe or religion. It is the worst form of corruption when you view everything through these listed lenses.

TVC's case is more calamitous, it's like only Tinubu is contesting.

No public broadcast TV station was licensed to promote only the interest of the owner.TVC has thrown etiquette and professionalism into the dustbin.
