Zenith bank is now charging Electronic transfer levy as high as upto 300 weekly without doing any Transactions. App or USSD not working. I think this is fraud from the bank

I was charged 3k from accses bank last week for electronic money transfer, I know I did lots of transactions but I dont believe its up to that amount, I sha just ignored them before they stress me and annoy me ontop 3k.
