Hi Nairaland Folks,

Having read various issues being posted by several people through this medium, in their bid to guide the forum into making right choices as at when appropriate, with this mind, I am also compelled to give you this information.

1. Whenever you are planning to build a house, once it is in storeys, make sure you involve a structural engineer. He will definitely be saddled with the responsibility to make the building standing throughout its life.

2. To avoid further occurrences of incessant collapse of building in this country we all must involve a structural engineer in supervising the construction. This will eventually save you from waste of material, financial and time resources.

Call me on 08028949960 for intending structural design and supervision (COREN registered Engineer)
