Impossible!!!

Piiggiiddioootts and wishful thinking!!! cheesy

They are truly the most pathetic Nigerians ever. Look where their lawlessness and fondness for anarchy has gotten the SE today? The SE is a total mess and worsening.

Was this not how they lost millions announcing Biafra when such was against the Nigerian constitution that every Nigerian adult had the right to join the effort to defend and uphold?

Yet they will never learn because hate motivates everything they think, say or do.

This is how they overhyped Kanu till they landed him in a "Zoo" cage. Now they want Buhari to disobey the apex court of Nigeria that is one of the defining representatives of the independence of our judicial arm.

It is an insult to the word stupid to call IPOBians that.

And that will signal the end of democracy in Nigeria!
The government can disobey a ruling of a lower court pending appeal of such order but not supreme court order. Supreme court can't even reverse itself after the order.
FG should accept the interim injunction in good faith and works towards winning the case before the supreme court when proceedings commenced in February 15th.
Anything less than that is calling for anarchy in the country!

The jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, as decided by several precedents, cannot interfere in the economic policy of the government.

EXCLUSIVE: Supreme Court Order on Naira Irrelevant, Non-binding, February 10 Deadline Stays – CBN Legal Opinion

The Supreme Court ruling restraining the federal government from implementing the February 10, 2023 deadline phase out of the old N1000, N500, and N200 notes is irrelevant, non-binding and a distraction, according to a CBN legal opinion on the matter seen by THEWILL.

“Neither the CBN nor deposit money banks were parties to the suit filed by three state governments (Kaduna, Kogi and Zamfara). The state governments simply took advantage of the fact that in matters purely between state and the FG, the Supreme Court can serve as the court of first and only instance. Joining the CBN in the matter would immediately rob the supreme court of jurisdiction,” the opinion said.

They have no sense. They don't mind suggesting ludicrous abuse of power, that they may even be the biggest victim of, out of hatred for others.

Buhari is a democratically elected President and no longer a military head of State.

Only kids and senseless trolls, which most Igbos are, will not understand the consequences of him defying the ruling of the apex court of Nigeria.

You are an idiot, a cankerous parasite and an oligopolistic trapezoid for making such insultive remarks on a tribe. Are Igbos part of this government? Did they advise PMB to redesign the naira? Even you god BAT accused the government st the center for "not thinking" and here you are a nicompoop talking rubbish. Be informed that The jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, as decided by several precedents, cannot interfere in the economic policy of the government

You go around talking like a typical brainless IPOBian. Obvious you people are delusional regarding the mythical power you seem to be ascribing to Buhari.

We are 15 days from a general election and only a few months to Buhari handing over. You think an outgoing President, with almost both feet outside the door, holds any fear for those who are planning to be the 'new kids on the block' after him?

Are you people dumb to think a President who was never a popular, loyal or beloved/uniting leader of the ruling Party will have anyone , other than those in his cabal, behind him when all others realize they only have to endure for three months for Buhari to be history?

You people learnt nothing from the resistance of many against Obasanjo's third term plot or GEJ's failure to bully, cower or tame nPDP when it was 5 minutes to twelve for his Presidency.

Living in fantasy land is a curse for you people so I am never surprised to read your rubbish and senseless take on events. Watch as things unfold.

The jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, as decided by several precedents, cannot interfere in the economic policy of the government.

When the main suit is heard, CBN and other respondents can argue about jurisdiction. For now, the order of the Supreme Court remains binding. The president can’t do anything about it.

“Only the CBN is empowered by Law to determine what is termed legal tender, not the Supreme Court. The Attorney General of the Federation cannot issue a binding order on the apex bank governor or board as the CBN act didn’t contemplate such and the interim order is simply an academic attempt at grandstanding,” the opinion added.

Charge and bail lawyer giving his unsolicited opinion .

The Supreme court remains supreme and it has given its order to which the CBN is subject to.

To claim the CBN is above the Supreme Court is to claim it is not under the constitution and laws of Nigeria thereby making it a sovereign within a sovereign hence proving the saying that the CBN is not a govt institution but a privately owned foreign bank that further reiterates the fact that only a handful of nations truly have a national owned central bank.

In short, if we are to follow this OSU charge and bail lawyer the CBN is a privately owned foreign bank thus proving that Nigeria has since lost her sovereignty to Jewish internationalist banksters since the unfortunate Igbo coup and senseless civil war.

The OSU, is Nigeria's biggest problem and every of our problems can be traced to the foolish greedy ambitions of a slave race who aligned with their Jewish masters to drag us into Jewish servitude .

Not stopping there, the OSU is hell bent on dragging us further deeper into permanent slavery with their WEF puppet movement and candidate in the form of the Osubidient and their lame duck candidate Peter OSU Obi.

Spit.

Have you seen the line of argument of the AGF?
What if the supreme doesn't have the jurisdiction to handle such a case involving the CBN?
What if it's ruling is actually not binding on the CBN?

If you're planning to cause anarchy for something that'll favour only Tiefnubu and his fellow criminals, then, you'll do it alone.

At this stage of the naira redesign the problem is not about the extension of the timeline but the none availability of the new notes.

Because for now from my view over 80% of the old naira notes were already with the CBN

Except the president would ask the CBN governor to open the vault and bring out the old naira back in circulation.

I don't see that happening, so the way forward is the rapid printing of the new notes as well as rapid circulation.

The printers cannot print more than the installed capacity.
