This Baraje man does have a penchant for bogus dreams and wild figures.  He's done with the PDP dream of ruling Nigeria forever (eternally ) and is now on to recruiting 40 million members. 

How's it realizable to have 40 million card-carrying, membership dues-paying, members (and not mere[b] supporters/voters)[/b] by the time you subtract minors, the sick, the handicapped, civil servants, the aged, the unemployed, the apolitical, the uninterested, the very poor, opposition members, etc, from the Nigerian population?

It is not about throwing figures around please.
