UNDERSTANDING WHAT FAITH IS. Part 55.

Galatians 3:8, 11-12 (KJV) And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed....11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. 12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

55. We Are Justified By Faith. The bible says in Galatians 2:16 (KJV) Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
We are justified by the faith of Christ not by our own works of righteousness or by our own holiness or ability. When we believe in Christ Jesus, we receive the gift of the faith of Christ because we are in Him. Believing in Christ is believing that when Christ was crucified, died, buried and was raised from the dead that we were crucified together with Him, died, and was buried together with Him and we were raise from the dead together with Him and in Him. Having gone through all these with Christ we are joint partakers of all His grace. This is how we were redeemed, made righteous and justified in Christ.

The bible says in Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV) For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Every Christian is given a measure of the faith of Christ when we got born again because our life and our existence is in Him. Just as every part of your body has a measure of what you have. After we were justified we had nothing of our own, God had to give us every thing that pattern to life and godliness in Christ Jesus. It is based on these gifts that we exercise faith and receive them freely because they belong to us. In the old testament there were no such free gifts to base your faith upon. You have to work, serve, earn and merit everything you receive from God in the old testament and under the law.

Faith is not only for the justified but it is faith that justifies the just. It is faith that justifies the just, and it is faith that makes a man to be just, hence the just can only live by faith in his justification from faith to faith. Or we can say that the just can only live by the grace of his justification by God in Christ Jesus. It is not what we do or what we have done that justified us or makes us just, it is faith in what Christ did for us that justifies us and makes us just before God. To be justified by your holiness or by what you have done or what you are doing or what some man has done is not justification by grace, not justification by faith and it is not justification in Christ.

We are not justified by men and our justification is not in the eyes of men but in the eyes of God who justified us for Himself and to Himself. So don't try to be just before men or try to please men as an act of justification. Justification is by faith. Since faith was not revealed in the old testament, it was impossible for anyone to be justified under the law. Also since the law was not of faith it is impossible for anyone to be justified by the law. Justification is a free gift of grace hence we can only be justified by faith. Faith receives only the things offered by grace and not things offered by the law or by works of the law. Grace be with you. Romans 3:19-28; 4:2,22-25; 5:1,9,16-18; 6:3-14; 8:30; 12:3; 2Peter 1:3; Acts 13:39; 17:28; 1Corinthians 6:11; Galatians 2:20-21; 3:11,24,29; 5:4; Titus 3:7; Colossians 2:11-14; 2Corinthians 5:21; Ephesians 1:3;

If you need healing the bible says in Matthew 8:17 that Jesus Himself took all our sicknesses and diseases. Therefore you can receive your healing now by faith in the name of Jesus. Just lay your hand on the affected area of your body and say this prayer. Father God in the name of Jesus I believe that Jesus died for my healing. I believe He took all my sickness and diseases on the cross. If He took them, then I cannot have them. Therefore I resist and I reject every sickness in my body and I confess Jesus today as my healer and I receive my healing now. Thank you Jesus that I am healed. 1Peter 2:24; Ps 107:20.
Now begin to do what you couldn't do before because of the sickness. You are healed in Jesus name.

Heaven is real, Hell is real. Jesus is coming very soon. Judgement Day is coming. But you can become a born again child of God today. The bible says If you shalt confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in your heart that God hath raised him from the dead, you shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10; John 1:12.

Say this prayer: Father God have mercy on me. I come to you today in the name of Jesus. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that He died for me. I believe that you raised Him from the dead for my salvation. I accept Jesus in my heart today and I confess Him today as my Lord and Saviour. Thank you Father that today I am saved In Jesus name.

If you prayed the prayer of Salvation, pls go to a nearby bible believing Church in your area, so you can grow in the grace of our Lord Jesus. Grace be with you. To Jesus be all the glory.
