Is this how INEC plans on sorting and counting votes in year 2023 especially for this coming election?

I thought the BVAS is an automating machine that will be used for voting.

I mean, this year's voting should be done like the way ATM machines are being operated. In the sense that after an individual is accredited with his/her PVC using the BVAS then the individual will choose the party he/she is voting for using thesame BVAS which will then upload AUTOMATICALLY at the INEC server on the party such individual voted for in real time. Then a print out copy will be issued to such individual which he/she can do away or discard at will just as ATM machine gives a print-out copy after making transaction.

With this procedure above, there will be no worries of rigging or need for an individual to wait for any vote to be sorted and counted since it's uploading instantly and automatically to INEC server STRAIGHT as such individual have already operated the BVAS and made his/her party choice.

What do INEC mean by uploading the votes in real time? Is it after counting it manually like the above video? If it will be counted manually like the video above then that doesn't stop rigging at all. If it will be counted manually then the election can be rigged and ballot boxes snatched.

What are they uploading to INEC server? Is it after votes have been casted and counted "Manually" that's when it will be uploaded to INECs server?

Honestly we are still in the Analogue stage if votes will be counted like the above video in this 2023 election.

Please someone tell me votes will not be counted manually using ballot boxes and papers during this forthcoming election.

Electronic voting is not legal in Nigeria yet. What the BVA and PVC does is to confirm that you are a register voter and thatvpolling unit is where you are to vote
