i think its quite horrific when customer care centers in nigeria don't really function especially for network providers in nigeria, i use the airtel network and i roam with it whenever im out of nigeria, now im trying to activate my black berry service on my airtel network but it just doesn't work, whenever i send the message to 440, it says "sorry your request could not be processed at this time please try again later" i'v also been trying to reach the customer care for over a month now, and anytime i call it says they are having issues and cant process my call, now what kind of customer care is this? Pls is anybody also going thru this problem? Or is it just me? Or does anyone know another way to get through to them?
