This is not a 2006 Camry. The 2006 model shares the same body style as the 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. It is at least a 2007 model or higher.

You are right, the year of manufacture will say 2006. That's because most cars are manufactured the preceding year. For instance 2012 models are now coming out. But if you look inside them, it will say "Manufactured in 2011" which is technically correct. If you wait till 2012 to start making 2012 cars it will be too late to hit the market.

@bizbook, Thanks for clearing the air my brother. Sometimes it hard to satisfy lay buyers. If I make a post and say, 2007, when they come for inspection, they accuse u of lying. And some people are hard to educate. I knew exactly what u meant in ur first post.
