As the call for the removal of the Chairman of the EFCC gets intensified owing to his penchant for the disobedience to law and to the judgments of the courts, young Nigerians again today trooped to the street as protest on the removal of the Chairman enters its 6th day. The young Nigerians bearing different banners and placards insist that if our democratic tenet as a nation will be sustained, anti democratic persons can not be holding sway on our anti corruption agencies.

As a group, we are not unaware of the desperate tactics of the EFCC Chairman and the sponsored campaign of calumny against our group and leaders. Fact remains that the war against corruption cannot be fought with impunity, therefore, a morally bankrupt character like Abdulrasheed Bawa cannot continue to abuse the integrity of our courts and remain as the head of the the EFCC
