Gas transit from Russia through Ukraine increased sharply by 15%, the volumes through the Turkish Stream are stable, on average 35 million m3 per day, despite the earthquake.

Gazprom supplies gas in transit through Ukraine on Wednesday in the amount of 35.3 million m3. Tuesday's reading was at 30.8. Thus, the excess was 15%. The average pumping volume from the end of May 2022 to the beginning of January 2023 was fixed at 42.4 million m3 per day.

Capacities are declared only at one of the two entry points to the Ukrainian GTS - at the Sudzha GIS. The application is traditionally not accepted along the corridor through the GIS "Sokhrovka".

Prolongation also strengthens Africa's advantage on the bargaining table.
Like India, Africa should use this conflict to it's advantage(some African countries are already doing that and I can see the results).
Although Africans might suffer from over inflation due to the US printing more dollars to fund thier war (this will lead to depreciation of African currencies). This will push developing countries to expedite the rate of dedollarization.
You know...in Nigeria when there's inflation(the prices of goods and services increases) we say it's because our currency was devalued against the dollar.
The West was expecting thier war to be the world's war (I.e they were expecting support from the majority)...that hasn't been the case.
People are going on with thier lives, they're concerned about thier own wellbeing and care about Ukraine as much as they care about occupied Palestine.
