InEC is supposed to have the loyalty cards of all fuel stations across the 36states... Caterers are everywhere in the 36 states.. Food markets are also everywhere,hotels and guest houses are everywhere..

Guy, it doesn't work like that. First of all, INEC has been ready. The Naira redesign affected everyone that uses cash one way or the other, that was why INEC chairman went to see the CBN governor last week. Secondly, we are talking of ad-hoc staffs, not INEC staffs, how do you transport them in group, how would they feed on that day? Even if they were to transfer money to them, how will they pay the locals or villagers

CBN claim they have printed 500billion worth of new currency. But the reality on ground proves otherwise. If the 21 commercial banks are correct that the CBN give them new note swaps of 10% the value of the old notes deposited. Then, judging from the 2trillion old notes CBN admit to have gathered so far, it means they have only released 200billion of the new notes just yet. It is not enough. They need to release at least 500billion to make the scratch. The CBN is deliberately causing cash scarcity
