We have been on queue since 6am, only for the station - A.A.RANO Owerri Imo State to open by 8am on entering refused to accept cards or transfers, insisting on cash, irrespective of this cashless period. We learnt the Manager is selling the cash. What WICKEDNESS. Happening now. We are still on queue
