Hello guys, please how do I open a shortcut file in windows 10? Ever since I upgraded my windows from 8 to 10, I have not been able to access that particular file. They keep telling me this:

"C:\Users\user1\AppData\Roaming\Templates is unavailable. If the location is on this PC,make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or Internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted."

Somebody should halp me pls, all my crucial documents are in that file. GOD!
