How To Sell With COMPASSION & CERTAINTY by Olamilekanadesh(m): 8:19am On Feb 22, 2023
In the midst of economic crisis. Selling process needs to be logical.

People naturally don't think of buying anything outside the 4 human basic needs which are:

- Affordable food
- Affordable clothes
- Affordable housing
- Affordable internet data

And if your business operation doesn't fall into any of these listed 4BN, you might find it hard getting customers.

So, how do you sell anything to anybody in the midst of the economic crisis?

The answer is to sell with COMPASSION & CERTAINTY.

Selling with compassion is to feel concern about what the prospect is going through.

Sympathize with your prospects. Use the language of care & concern to demonstrate compassion with your prospects.

Using compassion techniques would help you activate your prospects's emotional signal.

At this point, you would start using the words of CERTAINTY.

Selling with certainty is the highest level of conviction.

Conviction is the ability to sound truthful, confident, and reliable.

You can use facts, statistics, stories, and testimonials to demonstrate the certainty of your product or service.

If you use these two magical words strategically, selling out of your product or service is inevitable.

Good morning, I hope you've learnt something?

Best regards.
