This crazy obsession and sense of entitlement by igbos in lagos will get them in serious trouble if care is not taken. You claim you develop communities but you can't develop your own states. You claim you are billionaires but 95% of you are into drugs. Any Nigerian abroad in prison because of illicit drug trafficking is Igbo with 100% guarantee. You sell fake commodities everywhere. It's not a threat but just a friendly advise. Becareful of what you are about to start because once it starts, only God can stop it. Please for your sakes. Elections will come and go. Peter Obi will likely NOT win but you all are gambling your futures because of him. All politicians are the same. People said more than this about Buhari. Enough said 29 Likes 6 Shares |

Are there no Yoruba's in abuja, kano, Kaduna, port harcourt, Benin, jos, Enugu etc. Do the traditional rulers over there threathen people during election. What of Yoruba's that have taken over peckham in uk, are they being threathen? During the presidential campaigns the only place violent was recorded was in Lagos during the labour party campaign. The other 35 states was peaceful, that says a lot. So people shouldn't vote for their choice. 15 Likes 2 Shares |

Which "serious trouble"? Which "friendly advise"? Abegii pocket am. No be Yoruba woman be the MP representing me where I live here in the Midlands in the UK, who is disturbing her with "friendly advice"? Did she gamble the futures of the Yorubas, when she came out to contest for the position? I guess the migrant Nigerians living in the constituency from different parts of Nigeria and other nationalities, who supported her election were stupid? 12 Likes 2 Shares |

Many other tribes are in Lagos without a sense of entitlement. They are unbothered and do as they like. But one set of people are in Lagos, enjoy the enabling environment, insult the Yoruba leaders. Not the best. 7 Likes 1 Share |

You presented a very bad candidate with obvious signs of physical and mental disability and you want people to vote for him? If Tinubu becomes president and Nigeria nosedives will you be immune from suffering because you are Yoruba? We can't afford to make mistakes in 2023. 12 Likes |

Neddstark:How exactly do they insult the Yoruba leaders? So voting candidates of their choice means attacking Yoruba leaders? Hausas in Lagos have attacked the Yorubas severally but you cowards have not opened a single thread to talk about it. In the last 2 decades can you point out a single instance of igbos in Lagos or even any of the SW states attacking the indigenes? 15 Likes 1 Share |

If I may ask, which Igbos are obsessed with Lagos State? I am confused. Lagos State born Igbos have more right in Lagos State than any Yoruba migrant from Ogun, Oyo, Ondo, Kwara, Kogi or Ekiti State. State of birth supercedes tribe or religion. 7 Likes |

ola6: God bless you Sir. To them, it's not that they don't know Obi is a failure, they experienced his toxic leadership styles first hand but because they see Asiwaju has the likeliest winner of the election, and coupled with their hatred for the country, they want to Force a renowned failure down our throats, we say no, they tagged us urchins and started laying cursed on us. We are not gonna get detered from rescuing the country from emergency Nigerians. If paradventure, Asiwaju can't get it, then Atiku should be declared winner. We didn't hate the Igbos, infact I personally voted for Kingsley moghalu in the last general election because I was convinced he's the best at the time but I've seen how igbos were laying curses on Obi for bringing hardship to them just few years ago, I know that guy will be a fraud just like he was when he governed Anambra State. 21 Likes 1 Share |

kcnwaigbo: Because Yorubas don’t interfere in the sociopolitical affairs of their hosts. You igbos keep taking advantage of the liberal and political correctness of the Yorubas to interfere in their own sociopolitical affairs which you can’t try in other regions in Nigeria. You guys are not to be blamed. The Yorubas are the ones to be blamed including Tinubu who started allowing you guys into the politics of Lagos when he was governor. 9 Likes 3 Shares |

Certainly! You came in drove to a place, where less than 10% was Lagos colony and the rest Western region both belonging to Yorubas. The next thing only Igbos are shouting is, ’Lagos is no man’s land’, ’a slum’ and they want to dictate what happens there. These same Igbos ran away from Lagos during June 12 crisis and would not tolerate an Ebonyi person in Anambra or Mbaise person. They are very divisive and I want the ’wokes’ Yorubas to learn from Rivers people that know these people better and already put them in checks. They go to Ghana and other African countries to do these their nonsense but they were immediately checkmated. Only a foolish Oluku would clap when this same people call your Oba or land name and refer to you as Yoruba Muslim or Christian. Their nonsense are tolerated only in Yorubaland and those forming wokes without plan to leave any legacy or land/culture to their children and grandchildren are supporting them. One was even beaten his chest on the other thread that, 'they, Igbos would drive Yorubas away from Nigeria;' and the mods are seeing those rubbish. Forgetting that you can never help yourself or community by being liberal in the midst of tribal people that surround you in a country like Nigeria. They want to destroy your own and keep their own. They wasted their own federal allocation and question yours. Everyone is from a place, a tribe and shall remain forever and if you don't want that you and your house are lost forever. Regardless the results of the elections, some stuff needed to be corrected. Hausas have large populations and settlements all over SW, some run into centuries before we even know Igbos, but I have never seen them calling our land 'no man's land' or slum. Likewise, I have never seen Yorubas calling anywhere in the north, east, south 'no man's land' We think we're wise but no, we're not. All our forefathers understand our foundational problems reasons for independent and republican constitutions of the 1960 and 1963. True federalism, this Ironsi suspended just because Igbos dominated everything federal then and imposed unitary system logically. Till today, any Yorubaman thinking he's from Anambra and could do as he likes there is deceiving himself, likewise igboman forming such in Lagos. 6 Likes 3 Shares |
