For example in my area, no POS operator opens again, no cash to run the business, except those that run other businesses with their POS, now I wonder how POS businesses in other places in the country makes ends meet without using other businesses to support it.

The ones available in my area act as gods, and are routinely rude.

I run POS exclusively....since there is no cash to run the business...I take my POS to market and do withdrawal and transfer the value to traders for customer who want to pay for commodity with their ATM and charge a minimal fee. At all at all Na him bad pass.

no it is not but i put in the hours,expertise, fuel, machinery like my pc and printer etc and the client will see that what he’s paying for is justified compared to some doing a legal money laundering then use it to take advantage of others. i know pos agents that hoard cash and waited till the scarcity time to exchange at 300 to 1k. that’s wickedness!!

I'm speaking about people have seen. POS employ people, some use other people's money for the operation. They make it from the daily profits on top of those transactions carried out.

No body is hoarding cash, some of these POS operators are buying the cash you see them use for their business.

I saw a POS operator buying 100k for 120k from someone selling in a wholesale business.
Add the time they will spend and their resources that go for it. What do you expect from them.
I even question the woman.

Notwithstanding, is not a must to withdraw from them go to your banks.

Tinubu is the only candidate that speaks against this policy that complicated the lives of people and render many without income. He has boldly come out to condemn it while others try to be politically correct.

The POS guys at my gate are still doing well. They usually only have cash in the evenings and by then you'll see a crowd of over 100 people queing up to get cash.

Only a handful of POS operators are doing well
There is scarcity in the system and in any system there is scarcity, only a few with long legs and arms do well.

it's so hard and bad. Sad.

The government has succeeded in making more people jobless. If the government can stand their ground on going cashless all pos operators should start looking elsewere for their survival. Personally i don't see any reason to use their services when i have been buying everything with my card and paying taxi/bikemen with transfer. The new government might want to be popular with the masses and suspend or cancel the policy but that will only take us back to the stone age.

a quick question pls, assuming u run a pos business and aa cash no dey, u go to sabo to buy money from aboki and they sell 20k for u for 2k dats 22k, dnt forget u use transport to and fro oo

now that means u bought each 5000 for 500 excluding the transport.

how much will u withdraw 5000 for ur customers

If Buhari succeeds with this cashless policy POS business would die. Why would there be a need for POS if we are all doing transfers and using ATM cards for our transactions?
