Structure of corruption in LAGOS INEC BVAS voters upload stoped working in lagos when they wanted to upload result for presidentials result, all other election like senate and reps were uploaded but the bVAs stoped working when they wanted to upload presidentials.....( this is a syatematic plot) INEC ofiicials say they will go to their office to upload result manually ( at the point Manupulation will set in to modify the voters choice) This is structure of corruption displayed by Lagos INEC.
